Job Title: Game Designer (1-2 Years Experience)

Job Summary

We are looking for a creative and passionate Game Designer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in mobile or casual game design. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of game mechanics, player engagement, and UI/UX fundamentals, and be able to collaborate closely with artists, developers, and product teams to create engaging game experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop game concepts, core mechanics, levels, and progression systems. Create detailed game design documents (GDD), flowcharts, and wireframes. Balance gameplay elements such as difficulty, rewards, and monetization mechanics. Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of game designs. Work with UI/UX designers and artists to maintain consistency in visual and interaction design. Analyze gameplay data and user feedback to improve retention and engagement. Research market trends, competitor games, and player behavior. Test games regularly and provide actionable feedback for improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

1-2 years of experience as a Game Designer or in a related role. Strong understanding of game mechanics, player psychology, and engagement loops. Experience with mobile games (Android/iOS) or casual/hyper-casual games. Ability to create clear documentation and communicate ideas effectively. Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles and game flows. Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Unity, Excel/Google Sheets. Good problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

Experience with live-ops, events, and in-game economies. Understanding of monetization models (ads, IAP, subscriptions). Basic scripting or Unity editor experienceKnowledge of A/B testing and analytics tools.
