: Game Designer / Concept Writer

Roles and Responsibilities:

Create and generate the Game Design Document (GDD) Develop and design original concepts Create addictive features, game mechanics, wireframes, fun elements, game loops, and reward systems Develop storylines, character back-stories, and dialogues, including relevant research Maintain gameplay systems to ensure a fulfilling flow state for the production team Commit to completing every task to a high standard Show flexibility in meeting deadlines Ability to understand and design 2D and 3D-oriented games Ability to take suitable sfx and music for games

Required Skillset:

Experience from 0 - 2 years (Freshers can also apply) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Good understanding of technical implementation within games Knowledge of marketing and market research to understand target audience needs Basic drawing skills to visually communicate ideas Innovative approach to game design with the ability to generate new ideas Teamworking skills and ability to collaborate with others Ability to understand and design 2D-oriented games

Educational Qualification:

Candidates with a background in Visual Communication or any gaming-related course are preferred. Degree is complusory. Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques. Excellent attention to detail and creativity. Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
