You will take charge of designing high-quality game mechanics, systems, and feature design to improve user experiences. Responsibility Creating Game concepts and pitching them to the development and publishing team Creating Prototype specs / GDDs for approved games and getting it ready for development or production Maintain Asset lists and communicate the requirements to the team Work with and guide the artists and programmers to complete their tasks at a high leve Be responsible for hitting milestones and the delivery of the project on time Stay abreast of current trends in the genre and try to match the best in class games in terms of quality and concepts Requirement 3-5 years of professional game design experience Published mobile games where you have been responsible from concept to end product Working knowledge of Unity with the ability to build levels and handle some of your tasks within the engine Basic Project management skills Working knowledge of Video editing softwares to create Ad material for the games in development (not necessary, but would be a plus point) Good team management and communication skills with working proficiency in English Self-motivated disposition and take ownership over the quality of their work
