Roles and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Create and Generate the GDD(Game Design Document) \xc2\xb7 Develop and design the original concept \xc2\xb7 Creating addictive features, Game mechanics, Wire frame, fun elements, addictive game loops, and a reward balance \xc2\xb7 Developing the storyline, character back-stories, and dialogue including any relevant research \xc2\xb7 Maintain gameplay systems that achieve a fulfilling flow state in the production team \xc2\xb7 Commitment and focus to complete every task to a high standard \xc2\xb7 A flexible approach to work and to meet deadlines Required Skillset: \xc2\xb7 Proven game designer experience \xc2\xb7 Excellent communication skills - both verbal and written documentation \xc2\xb7 Have a good understanding of technical implementation within games \xc2\xb7 An understanding of marketing and market research to understand what your target audience wants and how to sell it to them \xc2\xb7 Basic to understandable drawing skills to communicate ideas visually \xc2\xb7 An innovative approach to game design and the ability to come up with new ideas \xc2\xb7 Teamworking skills and the ability to collaborate with others to create the game \xc2\xb7 Ability to understand the 2D oriented game design Educational Qualification: Visual communication or any gaming related course completed candidates more preferable.
