Job Description

Guest Experience & Game Floor Management
Greet and assist visitors, explain and help resolve play?related issues.
Monitor gaming stations for proper function and safety; perform minor resets and cleaning as needed.

Social Media & Community Engagement
Create and post short-form content videos of gameplay, highlight events, snack specials, etc. on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook.
Respond to customer comments and messages through these channels within standard operating hours.

Accounts & Financial Administration
Reconcile daily sales (snacks, game tokens/cards, merchandise), and prepare simple shift financial summaries.

Snack Preparation & Service
Operate the snack bar: Prepare light refreshments such as Maggie, Pasta, shakes, cookies, etc., following basic recipes and hygiene standards.

IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE QUALIFICATION

Minimum 12th?grade pass or Bachelors degree in any stream .

Freshers can apply.
Basic familiarity with social media platforms; experience in content creation is a plus.
Friendly, energetic, and approachable attitude with excellent communication skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks under peak?hour pressure.
Basic math skills for cash handling and accounts reconciliation.
Basic familiarity with video editing, photo tools (e.g. smartphone + Canva) advantageous.

WORK CONDITIONS

Candidate must reside at the work location. Accommodation provided.
Full?time schedule including weekends and public holidays.

1 day off on weekdays

Reports directly to the Game Centre Manager
