We are seeking an energetic and safety-conscious Game Attendant cum Gymnast to join our dynamic team at our trampoline park in

Noida Sector 75,

inside Spectrum@Metro Phase 2 mall. This role combines

customer service excellence

and

Sales

with

gymnastics

expertise

to ensure guests have a safe, fun, and memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities

Safety & Supervision:

Ensure guest safety at all times while using trampoline facilities and equipment Monitor and enforce park rules and safety regulations Conduct safety briefings for new guests and explain proper trampoline techniques Respond promptly to any safety concerns or incidents

Guest Experience:

Welcome and greet customers with a positive, enthusiastic attitude Explain various trampoline activities, games, and attractions to guests Demonstrate proper jumping techniques and gymnastics moves when needed Assist guests of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced jumpers Handle customer queries and complaints professionally

Facility Maintenance:

Perform daily inspections of trampolines and safety equipment Report any maintenance issues or equipment damage to management Maintain cleanliness of trampoline areas and surrounding facilities Assist with opening and closing procedures

Operational Support:

Handle cash transactions and operate point-of-sale systems Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents Support inventory management for equipment and supplies Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations Support sales team on Pamphlet distribution, and assist in contacting school management to target schools
Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent Background in

gymnastics, acrobatics, or related sports activities

Strong physical fitness and stamina to demonstrate moves and stand for extended periods Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic mathematical skills for cash handling Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and

holidays

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in recreational facilities or customer service First aid/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain) Knowledge of trampoline safety protocols Bilingual proficiency (Hindi/English/any other)
