About the internship:
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handling the visitor inquiries
2. Assisting with arranging the lecture logistics/chairs, food, projector, etc.
3. Working on reminders of invoicing and payments
4. Working on petty cash accounting
5. Assisting with the documentation of in and out stock/making physical receipts and challans
6. Handling weekly overall reports on in-out inquiries, invoices, deliveries
7. Managing packing planning and supervision
8. Working on logistic planning of dispatches of purchase
Skills and other requirements:
1. Computer literacy/Excel/PPT/PDF/Canva/organisational capability
Additional information:
1. Interview is a must
2. Physical work space is in Chennai Nungambakkam
3. No work-from-home options
