Key Responsibilities
Manage and organize the CEO's
email inbox
professionally and efficiently
Draft, review, and respond to
emails and business correspondence
Handle
calendar management
- schedule meetings, calls, and follow-ups
Maintain
meeting notes (Minutes of Meetings)
and action trackers
Use
Excel
for reports, data entry, and task monitoring
Coordinate with internal teams and clients to ensure timely updates
Required Skills & Qualifications
Excellent
verbal and written English communication
Strong
email writing and business etiquette
Basic knowledge of
MS Excel, Outlook, and calendar tools
Highly organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
Confident, proactive, and eager to learn

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?18,000.00 per month
