The Opportunity : Capgemini is looking for a Leader to lead delivery for a portfolio and/or to manage a strategic customer relationship. The leader will be largely responsible for strategy, growth, and delivery. The candidate will be both a \'thinker\' and a \'doer\' and will have demonstrated a high degree of collaborative business practices in his/her previous executive experience. Responsibilities include: Own the targets for farming and hunting on the farm to achieve YoY revenue growth. Plan and achieve YoY margin expansion. Develop and coach senior individuals for leadership positions. Deal ownership during the presale\'s stages, responsible for opportunity qualification to contracting to delivering agreed commitments. Work with a diverse team across regions/ cultures/ domains Set the review cycle and publish analytics on defined matrices and work with Business/Functional Leaders to get an understanding of operational indicators/insights with a number-driven story. Visualize, adapt to possible review patterns in line with change in business due to growth and external factors and make path of translating that visualization into the action. Managing diverse set of stakeholders and drive the decisions to meet the agreed objectives. Able to drive everything with latest technological solutions and new way of working. Deliverables/ KPIs: Revenue growth in existing clients/ accounts Drive new deal/ business closures. Margin improvement in existing engagements Stable delivery Implementation of ongoing innovations and transformational agenda High score on customer feedback Technical Competency Lead deliveries for a portfolio or a strategic large account accountable for delivery assurance, growth, customer engagement, profitability, and people leadership Develop relationships in the market with the analysts and other intermediaries. Support Capgemini leadership as they liaise with client management ensuring all work streams are aligned with client organizational objectives, remaining on time and on budget. Work with Capgemini client executives to further penetrate major accounts and develop new business based on credible relationships with top client/prospect executives. Contribute broad expertise in strategic and tactical planning, operations, and delivery. Our Ideal Candidate He/She/They or the incumbent will have 16-20 years of experience with a strong project track record. The ideal candidate will have consulting/ delivery experience in different delivery models (AMS, Package based transformations, Agile/ Dev-ops, etc), with different technologies (SAP, Oracle, Cloud, Digital, etc.) and different industries (CPG, Manufacturing, Retail or Utility). Ownership/ responsibility for managing large multi tower complex accounts. Excellent capability to drive sales, revenues and margin growth. Build and maintain excellent CxO level relationships. Strong understanding of a profit center unit / P&L Strong leadership development capability Experience in a large Tier 1 IT organization, managing organizational complexities of multi-cultural and multi-location setups. Driving innovation and transformational agenda internally and within client organizations Competencies: Broad industry knowledge of various markets, competitors, future trends, and service offerings. Good command over one industry/sector is preferred. Relevant technology, architecture, consulting, or industry experience Deep experience in sales solutioning, deal structures and contracting. Experience in planning and executing large engagements on time/ budget.
