Experience: Minimum 2+ Years in Forex Sales
Key Responsibilities:
? Monitor and drive branch revenue growth.
? Conduct client visits and coordinate with corporates, travel agents, hospitals, and other institutions.
? Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.
? Build and nurture strong client relationships.
? Analyse and respond to market trends.
? Explain and promote FX products and services.
? Develop and implement strategic sales plans.
? Offer personalised advisory services to clients.
? Collaborate with internal teams for seamless service delivery.
? Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations.
? Track and evaluate sales performance metrics.
Qualifications and Skills:
? Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
? Proven experience in Foreign Exchange, preferably within the financial services sector.
? Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
? Strong client engagement capabilities and sales acumen.
