Who we are looking for State Street\'s Global Markets division (SSGM) is looking for a experienced candidate to join its Client Onboarding team in Bangalore, India. The candidate will be part of a client services support team focused on servicing clients. The successful Associate 2 candidate will report directly into the captive Team Lead/Assistant Managers/Managers. The SSGM FX NAV team will support the NAV & Performance data sourcing. It will work closely with the Global onshore teams & external clients to source required NAV data. What you will be responsible for As Senior Associate you will Coordinate with internal team & client: Coordinating for with client & Global Onboarding team for NAV data sourcing Coordinating with internal technical team Coordinating with CSO team Must be able to work as part of a team to ensure all work is completed within designated timeframes Strong organizational and customer service skills Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship skills, that include the ability to build productive working relationships across teams and functions and the ability to foster an environment of open communication. Ability to work collaboratively with other business units. Must be able to multi-task and reprioritize as time critical issues arise with an ability to manage multiple priorities with simultaneous deadlines Strong attention to detail in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Ensure that the focuses on client needs first and drive all efforts to provide exceptional service Review and/ or Implement controls when applicable to reduce risk Should have good problem solving skill What we value These skills will help you succeed in this role 3+ years of relevant experience Excellent communication skills in oral and written forms Flexibility to work in US shift (03:00 PM IST - 12:00 AM IST) or (04:00 PM IST - 01:00 AM IST) during day light saving Strong team player and good professional interaction with other team members and workgroups Experience with managing collaborative processes and working across different departments Strong problem-solving skills and \'can do\' attitude Strong organizational skills Ability to identify and appropriately escalate issues and risks Excellent attention to detail Education & Preferred Qualifications Graduation degree in Business or MBA in Finance Additional requirements Flexible to work in any shift especially night shifts.
