Job Description

We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead and manage administrative services across facilities, employee transport, cafeteria, housekeeping, and vendor operations. This role demands strategic oversight, operational excellence, and stakeholder management to ensure a seamless employee experience and efficient service delivery across locations.
Strategic Facilities Management
Oversee infrastructure planning, space utilization, and maintenance across corporate and plant locations.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives in facility operations aligned with sustainability and safety goals.
Transport Operations
Lead transport strategy including vendor selection, route optimization, and cost control.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and timely resolution of employee transport issues.
Cafeteria & Employee Welfare Services
Manage cafeteria operations including vendor performance, food safety audits, and employee satisfaction.
Implement digital feedback systems and drive enhancements based on analytics.
Housekeeping & Hygiene
Supervise housekeeping teams and ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
Conduct regular audits and training programs for service staff.
Stationery, Printing & Office Supplies
Oversee procurement, inventory control, and vendor negotiations for office supplies.
Implement cost-saving measures and digital tracking systems.
ID Cards & Uniforms
Manage issuance, renewal, and compliance of ID cards and access systems.
Coordinate uniform design, distribution, and vendor performance.
Vendor Management
Lead vendor onboarding, contract management, SLA tracking, and performance reviews.
Ensure compliance with Daimler Shared Services procurement policies and ethical standards.
Budgeting & Compliance
Prepare and manage budgets for admin services and monitor expenditures.
Ensure adherence to statutory and internal compliance requirements.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, HR, or Facilities Management.
6-10 years of experience in HR administration, facilities, or operations in a manufacturing or corporate environment.
Proven experience in vendor management and service delivery leadership.
