Accounting specialist in the shared services center. Responsible for end-to-end management of Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable functions, including vendor payments, collections, compliance and audits. This role oversees third-party service providers and ensures timely, accurate, and compliant financial operations, while supporting business decisions and financial integrity.
Support accounts payable and receivable operations.
Process invoices, payments, and collections accurately and on time.
Assist with reconciliations, reporting, and compliance activities.
Coordinate with internal teams and external partners as needed.
Contribute to month-end close and audit support.
Help improve processes and maintain data integrity.

3-5+ Years of experience in AP/AR and general accounting
Business-level proficiency in English

Familiarity with Indian accounting standards
Experience with ERP systems and MS Office Suite
Time management, organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
