We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Furniture Sales Representative
to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will assist customers in selecting furniture, explain product features, negotiate pricing, and achieve sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers in the showroom or at client locations
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture products
Explain product features, materials, pricing, and warranty details
Prepare quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales
Follow up with leads, inquiries, and existing customers
Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new collections
Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery team for timely dispatch
Maintain showroom display standards and stock information
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
