Role Overview :
Healsway is looking for a hands-on
Furniture Sales Manager
who can actively manage incoming leads, attend showroom and office walk-ins, close high-value furniture deals, and drive revenue growth. This is not a purely strategic role--the candidate is expected to be directly involved in sales execution and closures while supporting overall business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
Handle and convert leads received from digital platforms, references, and enquiries Attend and convert showroom and office walk-in clients Understand customer requirements and propose suitable furniture and interior solutions Close high-ticket and customized furniture orders Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams on pricing, timelines, and execution Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and basic CRM/sales reporting Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, architects, developers, and premium clients Track market trends, pricing, and competitor activity Ensure strong after-sales relationships and customer satisfaction
Required Skills & Experience
4-6 years of experience in furniture, interior, or related sales
domain Proven ability to close deals and generate consistent revenue Experience handling customized or premium furniture sales Strong negotiation, presentation, and client-handling skills Comfortable working in a hands-on sales role from the Dehradun office Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting
