Job Description


Job Title: Key Account Sales Manager : The Key Account Sales Manager is responsible for maintaining and growing relationships with the company\'s most important clients or customers. This role typically involves a combination of sales, customer relationship management, and strategic planning. Key Responsibilities: Key Account Management: Identify and prioritize key accounts or clients. Develop and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders within these accounts. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts. Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set for the key accounts. Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize business opportunities with key clients. Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities within key accounts. Customer Relationship Management: Understand the unique needs and requirements of each key account. Address client concerns and issues promptly, ensuring high customer satisfaction. Act as an advocate for key accounts within the company, ensuring their needs are met. Strategic Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, product development, and customer support, to align strategies with key account needs. Develop and execute account plans to achieve long-term objectives. Market and Competitor Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Use this knowledge to inform strategies for key accounts. Reporting and Documentation: l Maintain accurate records of account activity, sales progress, and customer communications. l Provide regular reports and updates to management. l Qualifications: l Bachelor\'s degree in business, sales, marketing, or a related field. l Proven experience in sales and account management, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. l Strong communication and interpersonal skills. l Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities. l Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and execute account plans. l Knowledge of the industry, market trends, and the competitive landscape. l Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service. l Ability to work independently and as part of a team. l Proficiency in relevant software and CRM systems.
