Job Summary:



A Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, engaging with customers, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This role involves understanding customer needs, recommending products, and meeting sales targets. The ideal candidate should be customer-focused, persuasive, and knowledgeable about the store's products and services.

Key Responsibilities:



Sales & Customer Service:



Greet customers and assist them in selecting products based on their needs and preferences. Provide product recommendations and demonstrations to enhance the customer experience. Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize revenue. Meet or exceed individual and store sales targets.

Product Knowledge & Merchandising:



Stay updated on product features, benefits, and promotions. Ensure that all products are displayed correctly and attractively. Maintain stock levels and report low inventory to management.

Customer Engagement & Relationship Management:



Develop and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business. Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally. Collect customer feedback and share insights with management.

Store Operations & Compliance:



Process transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment. Follow company policies, safety guidelines, and security procedures.

Skills & Qualifications:



Education:

High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).

Experience:

1-2 years of

Furniture sales

experience preferred.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Persuasive selling techniques and negotiation skills. Basic computer literacy and familiarity with POS systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customers at once.
