Job Description

The Product Developer will play a pivotal role in designing and developing new furniture products that meet the United Kingdom market trends and customer demands. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product design, market research, and development processes, sample testing and passing, and ensuring our furniture stands out in a competitive market.

Roles & responsibilities:

Conduct thorough market analysis to identify opportunities for innovative product development. Analyze customer feedback and competitor products to refine existing designs and propose new ideas. Conceptualize, design, and develop furniture products from initial idea to final render. Collaborate with design, production, and marketing teams to ensure feasibility and alignment with brand goals. Initialize ideas and implement best designs that align with the UK market.

Required skills and qualifications:

Knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product lifecycle. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with UK market trends and compliance standards is a plus. Excellent creativity and visualization skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Strong IQ and Observation skills. Effective communication and collaboration skills .

Pay: ₹65,000.00 - ₹95,000.00 per month
