Job Description

The post is for senior supervisor in a furniture production unit who will be responsible for day to day monitoring .Key responsibilities include

Staff Management

-Managing attendance , leaves of staff and new hiring as per production requirement

Supervision

: Supervise a team of Carpenters ,Painters and Sofa makers , ensuring

quality standards

and meeting

time schedules .Ensuring furniture sizes and finishes as per manufacturing files

Inventory Management

: Oversee inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods, ensuring timely procurement.

Training and Development

: Organizing training and development opportunities for production staff in assistance with management

Safety Compliance

: Ensure all safety protocols are followed related to health and safety of the workers and removal of any hazards in advance.

QUALIFICATIONS

Experience

: Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production supervisory role, preferably in the furniture manufacturing industry.

Skills

: Ability to read cad based drawings. Ability to use cad software is desirable A.

Strong Leadership in managing Blue collared work force

. Problem-solving mindset, ability to work under pressure, and commitment to achieving production targets.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
