Job Overview

Equartis is looking for a

Part-Time Furniture Production Supervisor

to oversee and manage furniture manufacturing activities at our production sites. This is a

field-based, hands-on role

that involves supervising production work, managing labour, ensuring quality standards, and coordinating with internal and external teams.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise furniture production as per production planning Monitor all stages of manufacturing, from raw material to final product Efficiently allocate materials, manpower, and tools to reduce wastage Supervise carpentry, upholstery, painting, polishing, and finishing work Manage and coordinate labour including carpenters, sofa makers, and painters Oversee fitting, assembly, packing, and dispatch activities Conduct quality checks at raw, semi-finished, and finished stages Handle furniture shifting, floor supervision, and warehouse coordination Address and resolve client complaints related to production or quality Ensure timely completion of work and smooth production flow

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong knowledge of

solid wood furniture manufacturing

Good understanding of materials such as: Wood & plywood Veneer & laminates Paint, polish, metal, stone, and fabric Ability to read and understand

furniture CAD drawings

Experience in furniture production and on-site supervision Proven experience in labour handling and coordination

Additional Requirements

Willingness to work in a

field-based role across Delhi

Must know how to drive a

two-wheeler

Experience Required

Preferred:

Minimum

2+ years

of experience in furniture production, manufacturing, or supervision
