Furniture Production Supervisor

is responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of a furniture manufacturing facility or workshop. Key Responsibilities

Production Management

Plan and schedule daily manufacturing activities. Monitor workflow and adjust resources as needed. Ensure production targets and deadlines are met.

Team Supervision

Lead and manage a team of carpenters, upholsterers, assemblers, or machine operators. Train new staff and provide ongoing skill development. Monitor performance and enforce discipline when necessary.

Quality Control

Inspect products for defects or inconsistencies. Ensure adherence to quality standards and specifications.

Inventory and Materials Management

Monitor raw materials and supplies. Coordinate with the procurement team to maintain inventory levels.

Health & Safety

Enforce workplace safety standards. Ensure all employees use proper protective equipment and follow procedures.

Reporting and Documentation

Maintain production reports, attendance records, and other documentation. Communicate with management regarding progress, issues, or delays

Pay: ?35,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
