35 - 50 K pm (Salary will be commensurate with experience and skill)

Job Summary

FOID is hiring a

Furniture Product Designer

to design and develop custom and modular furniture solutions for interior projects. The role requires strong knowledge of furniture design, materials, and production processes, along with the ability to work closely with design and manufacturing teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design custom and modular furniture for residential projects. Prepare detailed

production drawings

Coordinate with factories, carpenters, and vendors for feasibility and execution Select materials, finishes, hardware, and detailing Support prototyping, sampling, and quality checks Maintain accurate documentation and revisions

Qualifications

Degree or Masters in

Furniture Design, Product Design, Interior Design, or Industrial Design

1-3 years of relevant experience

in furniture or product designs.

And excellent proficiency in

AutoCAD (mandatory) Enscape / Keyshot , SketchUp / Rhino Knowledge of materials, joinery, and furniture hardware Understanding of manufacturing and production processes

Skills & Competencies

Strong attention to detail Problem-solving and coordination skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and timelines Good communication and documentation skills
