We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Furniture Installation Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of various types of furniture in residential and commercial settings. Your expertise will ensure that all installations meet our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of furniture assembly techniques and the ability to work independently while adhering to safety protocols.

Office Furniture, Modular furniture background is more preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble and install furniture according to manufacturer specifications and client requirements. Inspect finished installations for quality assurance, making adjustments as needed. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating effectively with clients during the installation process. Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored after use. Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently and on schedule. Follow all safety guidelines and protocols while performing installations.

Skills

Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment. Strong attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent problem-solving skills to address any challenges that arise during installations. Ability to read and interpret assembly instructions, blueprints, or technical drawings. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
