Job Description

Job Summary:

The Furniture Fitter is responsible for assembling, installing, and fixing various types of furniture such as sofas, beds, dining tables, wardrobes, and office furniture. The role involves precise fitting work both in the workshop and at customer locations, ensuring high-quality finish and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble and install

furniture as per design and specifications.

Fit and align

furniture parts such as hinges, handles, drawers, and shutters properly.

Inspect and test

furniture for proper functioning after installation.

Repair or adjust

furniture as needed at the shop or customer site.

Handle tools and equipment

safely and maintain them in good condition.

Read measurements and drawings

accurately for fitting and assembly.

Coordinate with delivery and sales teams

for timely installations.

Maintain cleanliness

and order in the workspace.

Ensure quality standards

and finish in every fitting project.

Requirements:

Proven

experience in furniture fitting or carpentry

. Good knowledge of

assembly tools and fitting hardware

. Ability to

read measurements and basic design drawings

. Physically fit and capable of lifting furniture parts. Strong

attention to detail and finishing quality

. Good communication and teamwork skills.

Working Hours:

Salary:
