Job Description

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Furniture Designer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and developing functional, aesthetic furniture solutions for residential and commercial projects, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities

Develop innovative furniture designs aligned with client requirements and project objectives

Prepare accurate 2D/3D drawings, layouts, and detailed shop drawings

Translate concepts into production-ready designs with clear specifications

Coordinate with production teams, carpenters, vendors, and site teams to ensure design feasibility and quality execution

Select appropriate materials, finishes, hardware, and accessories based on design intent and budget

Conduct site visits for measurements, design validation, and execution support when required

Ensure all designs adhere to quality standards, timelines, and cost parameters

Provide technical support during manufacturing and installation stages

Maintain proper documentation of drawings, revisions, and approvals

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong expertise in furniture design, detailing, and space planning

Proficiency in AutoCAD; working knowledge of SketchUp / 3Ds Max or similar design software preferred

Sound understanding of materials, construction methods, and manufacturing processes

Excellent attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Effective communication and coordination skills

Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Furniture Design, Interior Design, or a related field

Experience

5+ years of relevant experience preferred(
