Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic professional who can combine creative design skills with strong customer relationship and sales management abilities. This role requires designing bespoke furniture concepts as well as managing the store's day-to-day operations, client interactions, and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Design:

Create innovative and functional furniture designs based on client requirements. Work with materials such as solid wood, metal, and upholstery to develop concepts. Coordinate with the production team to ensure design feasibility and quality standards. Maintain trend awareness in furniture and interior design.

Store Sales & Management:

Manage daily operations of the furniture store and ensure smooth client experience. Interact with walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide design-led solutions. Prepare and present design proposals, quotations, and customization options. Drive sales targets and ensure revenue growth. Maintain visual merchandising standards in the store. Build long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.

Requirements:

Degree/diploma in Furniture Design / Interior Design / related field. 2-5 years of experience in furniture design and retail sales (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask between design development and store management. Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar). Passion for furniture, interiors, and customer service.
