Job Description

1. Design Leadership: Provide design leadership and guidance to junior designers, ensuring high-quality design outputs and adherence to brand standards.

2. Furniture Design: Conceptualize and design innovative, functional, and aesthetically pleasing furniture pieces that meet client needs and brand requirements.

3. Design Development: Develop and refine design concepts, taking into account materials, manufacturing processes, and production costs.

4. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and production, to ensure design meets business objectives and customer needs.

5. Design Direction: Contribute to the development of design direction and strategy for the company, staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices.

6. Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines.

7. Design Quality: Ensure high-quality design outputs, adhering to brand standards, and conducting regular design reviews.

8. Client Communication: Communicate design concepts and ideas to clients, responding to feedback and ensuring client satisfaction.

9. Design Innovation: Stay abreast of new materials, technologies, and design trends, incorporating innovative ideas into design work.

10. Mentorship: Mentor junior designers, providing guidance, feedback, and support to help them grow in their roles.

Requirements:

- 01 to 04 years of experience in furniture design, with a strong portfolio showcasing design expertise.

- Proficiency in design software, such as CAD, SketchUp, and SolidWorks.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

- Strong understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, and production costs.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
