To bring this vision to life, we're looking for a dedicated and advanced Furniture Designer to join our core team for the long term.

Role Overview:

We are searching for a creative and passionate designer who can bring innovation and functionality together. You'll play a key role in shaping the future design identity of Minlight -- from developing original furniture concepts to helping craft the look and feel of our upcoming store facelift.

Key Responsibilities:

Design modern, aesthetic, and functional furniture collections for home and commercial spaces.

Work closely with management to translate concepts into production-ready designs.

Develop 3D models, sketches, and mood boards for client presentations and production.

Research global design trends, materials, and finishes.

Collaborate with the production and marketing team to ensure design feasibility and brand alignment.

Requirements:

Strong creativity and passion for furniture and interior design.

Experience in 3D design software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, Rhino, or similar).

Good understanding of materials, ergonomics, and construction.

Ability to work independently and think ahead of trends.

Degree/diploma in Furniture Design, Interior Design, or related field (preferred).
