Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented

AutoCad Draftsman-Furniture

to join our innovative design team. In this role, you will assist in the development of aesthetically pleasing and functional furniture pieces that align with our brand's mission and values. You'll have the opportunity to work closely with senior designers, gaining invaluable experience in furniture design and production processes.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with senior designers to conceptualize and develop furniture designs that meet client specifications and market trends Assist in creating detailed sketches, technical drawings, and 3D models using software such as AutoCAD and SketchUp Participate in material selection and sourcing, ensuring sustainability and quality standards are met Support the prototyping process by building models and conducting tests to assess design feasibility Gather and analyze feedback from team members and clients to refine designs and improve functionality Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas into the design process
Required and Preferred Qualifications

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Furniture Design, Industrial Design, or a related field Basic knowledge of design software including AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar Strong understanding of design principles and furniture materials Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively
Preferred:

Internship or project experience in furniture design or related field Familiarity with prototyping and model-making techniques Passion for sustainable design practices and innovation in furniture
Technical Skills and Relevant Technologies

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, and SketchUp Understanding of manufacturing processes and materials used in furniture production Experience with 3D modeling and rendering tools
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,114.75 - ₹40,000.00 per month
