Upsell products and services where appropriate, contributing to overall sales goals.
Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance service delivery.
Skills
Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
Multilingual capabilities are highly desirable, particularly bilingual in Spanish and English.
Strong phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills.
Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs effectively.
