About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. Strategic Development:
1. Assist in identifying opportunities to enhance the impact of ongoing programs.
2. Support the leadership team in designing new initiatives that align with the organization\'s mission and goals.
3. Conduct research on best practices in the NGO sector to support strategy formulation.
B. Fundraising Strategy Support:
1. Contribute to discussions on donor relations and fundraising strategies.
2. Help develop fundraising campaigns, including research on potential donors, grant applications, and drafting proposals.
3. Support the creation of donor engagement materials and presentations.
C. Team Collaboration:
1. Work closely with departments such as marketing, fundraising, and field operations to ensure all strategies are aligned across the organization.
2. Assist in internal communications to ensure team members are updated on strategy development and campaign progress.
D. Research and Reporting:
1. Conduct an analysis of current and potential funding sources.
2. Assist in preparing strategy reports, fundraising pitches, and progress presentations for leadership.
3. Stay updated on industry trends and contribute insights to team discussions.
