Fundraising Coordinator :

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Fundraising Coordinator to manage donor relationships and support fundraising initiatives across our school network.

Core Responsibilities:

Proposal Development & Data Management:

Create persuasive funding proposals and maintain accurate, confidential donor databases (CRM).

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

Track and analyze fundraising metrics, fund utilization, and project outcomes to generate management reports.

Event Coordination:

Plan and execute fundraising events and activities across multiple locations.

Donor Relations & Stewardship:

Address donor queries promptly, foster strong relationships, and ensure continued support.

Compliance & Documentation:

Ensure all communications, reports, and documentation adhere strictly to organizational and donor guidelines.

Cross-Location Coordination:

Coordinate activities across all school locations, requiring occasional travel.

Digital Communication Support:

Coordinate social media posts periodically to promote events and organizational mission.

Stakeholder Communication:

Ensure clear and effective communication with all donors and relevant internal/external stakeholders.

Requirement:

Any Degree with NGO working experience required.

Min 3 Yrs Exp.

Fluency in English and Native language must.
