The Fundraising Manager will be responsible for leading and executing fundraising strategies to support the organization\'s mission. This includes managing donor relationships, planning and executing fundraising events, identifying grant opportunities and managing grant applications, and coordinating marketing and communication efforts to promote the organization\'s mission and raise awareness. Qualifications Minimum of 5 years of experience in fundraising or related field Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or a related field Demonstrated track record of successful fundraising and donor management Strong leadership and project management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to cultivate and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and vendors Experience planning and managing fundraising events, and creating compelling marketing and communication materials Strong organizational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively Experience with grant research, proposal writing, and reporting Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and other fundraising software A passion for nonprofit work and the organization\'s mission
