Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced

Fundraising Manager - CSR

to drive corporate partnerships, donor engagement, and fundraising strategy. The ideal candidate will develop and execute systematic CSR fundraising plans and build long-term donor relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement annual fundraising strategies to secure CSR funding. Identify, engage, and maintain relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations, and HNIs. Conduct research to understand CSR landscapes, donor priorities, and partnership opportunities. Prepare high-quality proposals tailored to donor requirements. Manage CRM/database for donor tracking, reporting, and follow-ups. Represent the organization at CSR forums, events, and meetings. Coordinate with government bodies and potential CSR partners in the education sector. Provide feedback to program, product, and marketing teams for continuous improvement.

Required Qualifications

Minimum

4 years of experience

in CSR fundraising, partnerships, or donor relations. MBA or relevant postgraduate degree in development/social sector is preferred. Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and high-profile corporate clients. Solid understanding of the social development sector in India.

Skills & Competencies

Excellent communication (written & verbal) and presentation skills. Strong networking, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities. Proposal writing, project management, and strategic planning. Ability to meet fundraising targets, deadlines, and deliver results. High level of professionalism and goal orientation.
