About the Role

We are seeking a highly driven and dynamic Fundraising Manager to lead investment and capital-raising initiatives for the company. The ideal candidate will have a strong finance background and proven experience in securing funds from venture capital firms, private equity, and financial institutions.
Preference will be given to candidates with experience in FMCG / D2C brands.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute effective

fundraising strategies

to meet the company's capital goals. Identify and build strong relationships with

VCs, PE firms, family offices, angel investors

, and financial institutions. Prepare and deliver

pitch decks, investment proposals, and financial models

to potential investors.

Negotiate deal terms

and ensure compliance with legal and financial regulations. Collaborate with senior leadership to align fundraising efforts with overall

business strategy

. Track

industry trends, investor sentiments

, and competitor funding activities in the FMCG/D2C ecosystem. Build and maintain a robust

investor relations framework

for ongoing engagement and trust. Monitor fundraising performance and prepare

reports for management and stakeholders

Qualifications & Skills

MBA in Finance

from a reputed institution (mandatory).

4-6 years

of proven experience in fundraising, investment banking, private equity, venture capital, or corporate finance. Prior experience with

FMCG / D2C brands

is highly preferred. Strong network across

VC, PE, and financial sectors

. Expertise in

financial modelling, valuation, and investment analysis

. Ability to

thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
