About the Role

We are seeking an experienced

Fundraising Manager

with strong leadership and networking abilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in raising CSR funds, building long-term donor relationships, and creating impactful fundraising strategies. This role is critical in driving partnerships across corporates, foundations, and individual donors to support social development initiatives in the education sector.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement a systematic fundraising strategy to secure CSR funds from potential partners. Identify, engage, and nurture long-term relationships with corporate CSR teams, foundations, and individual donors. Manage donor database/CRM effectively, ensuring continuous engagement and timely follow-ups. Conduct research to build an understanding of donor landscapes and maintain updated CSR databases. Plan and execute outreach activities, including networking and partnership-building events. Coordinate with government bodies, corporate CSR arms, and new prospects in the education sector. Draft and present tailored fundraising proposals based on specific CSR requirements. Represent the organization with community and business leaders to raise awareness about initiatives. Share insights and feedback with product, program, and marketing teams to enhance impact and strategies.
Requirements

Minimum

4 years of professional experience

in fundraising/CSR partnerships. Postgraduate degree; MBA or equivalent qualification in the social/development sector preferred. Proven experience in networking, negotiating, and influencing at senior levels. Strong knowledge of the

social development and CSR ecosystem

in India.
Skills & Attributes

Excellent communication (written and verbal) and presentation skills. Strong business acumen with the ability to create compelling donor propositions. Solid project management and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with expertise in proposal writing and donor reporting. Goal-driven, with the ability to consistently meet fundraising targets and deadlines.

Pay: ₹55,255.14 - ₹125,000.00 per month
