Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Prepare financial proposals, project reports, and documentation required for fundraising. Create and maintain CMA data, financial projections, and ratio analysis for banks/NBFCs. Coordinate with banks, NBFCs, financial institutions for working capital limits, term loans, and other credit facilities. Manage end-to-end fundraising processes including documentation, submission, follow-ups, and compliance. Ensure accuracy of financial statements, cash flow forecasts, and business plans submitted to lenders. Work with internal departments to collect data for proposals, audits, and lender queries. Maintain records of existing loan facilities and monitor renewal timelines. Support management in evaluating funding options and presenting financial insights. Build relationships with banking partners to ensure smooth processing of credit requests.

Required Skills:



Strong knowledge of CMA preparation, loan documentation, and banking procedures. Proficiency in Excel, financial analysis, ratio analysis, forecasting, and MIS reporting. Good communication and negotiation skills for dealing with lenders. Ability to meet timelines with accuracy and handle multiple proposals simultaneously. Understanding of working capital, CC/OD limits, term loans, and other credit facilities.

Education:



B. Com / M. Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
