Role Overview

The Fundraising & Investment Lead will be responsible for driving ISIEINDIA's capital-raising efforts, building investor relations, and securing funding from venture capital, CSR, government grants, and strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for someone with a strong financial acumen, networking ability, and passion for the EV and sustainability ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

Fundraising & Investments

Develop and execute a fundraising strategy aligned with ISIEINDIA's growth and expansion plans. Identify, approach, and secure funding from

VCs, angel investors, HNIs, CSR funds, government schemes, and corporate partnerships

. Prepare investment decks, business plans, and financial models to present to potential investors. Lead negotiations with investors, ensuring favorable terms and compliance.

Investor Relations

Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors. Provide regular updates, reports, and performance reviews to stakeholders. Manage due diligence processes and ensure transparency in all investment activities.

Strategic Partnerships

Collaborate with corporates, financial institutions, and industry associations for joint ventures and funding opportunities. Explore

government grants, international funding bodies, and development agencies

for project financing.

Financial Planning & Compliance

Work with finance and strategy teams to align funding plans with organizational budgets. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations, contracts, and investment laws. Track ROI and impact of investments to demonstrate value to stakeholders.

Qualifications & Skills

Master's degree in

Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field

(MBA preferred). 2+ years of experience in fundraising, investments, corporate finance, or venture capital. Strong network in

investment, VC/PE, CSR, and government funding

ecosystem. Excellent financial modeling, pitch deck creation, and business analysis skills. Strong negotiation and communication abilities. Knowledge of

EV sector, sustainability, and education industry

is an added advantage.
