SNEHA (Society for Nutrition, Education and Health Action) is a Mumbai-based non-profit dedicated to improving the health, nutrition, and safety of women and children in urban informal settlements. With 11 active programs and a 450+ member team, we work to create sustainable urban health outcomes through community empowerment and system partnerships.
Position:
Coordinator - Fundraising
Location:
Santacruz, Mumbai
Experience:
3-4 years (in development sector or services industry)
Education:
Postgraduate degree (preferably MSW or Development Studies)
Reports to:
Fundraising Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to CSR, Foundation, Retail, and HNI prospects and set up meetings.
Support completion of donor due diligence, proposal forms, and accreditation documentation.
Maintain and update the donor management system; generate reports as required.
Plan and execute fundraising events, donor visits, and engagement activities.
Collaborate with Communications for campaigns, crowdfunding, and donor outreach.
Coordinate with internal teams for proposals and donor reports.
Skills & Competencies:
Strong written, verbal, and online communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and Google tools.
Analytical, results-driven, and proactive approach.
Team-oriented with excellent coordination and problem-solving skills.
