Position : Fundraising Ambassador

Location : Hyderabad

Key Responsibilities
Represent LLI professionally in public spaces (malls, tech parks, metro stations, events, offices, etc.) Initiate meaningful conversations with potential donors about LLI's mission and impact Present information about our programs clearly and persuasively Secure donor commitments for monthly or one-time contributions Maintain accurate donor data and submit daily activity reports Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly fundraising targetsParticipate in regular training, performance reviews, and team briefingsKey Performance Indicators (KPIs) Daily Conversations Rate (DCR) - Minimum donor interactions per day Conversion Rate - % of conversations resulting in signups Debit Success Rate - Retention rate of monthly donors Street Productivity - Average signups from on-ground campaignsRequirements
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills2. Confident, positive, and persuasive personality3. Passionate about education and social causes4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team5. Comfortable working outdoors and in public spaces6. Age: 18 years or older7. Previous fundraising, marketing, or sales experience is preferred but not mandatoryBenefits
