About the Role
We are looking for

Fund Rasier
for our
IT and AI products, platforms, and innovation projects
. This role is
performance-based
, designed for people who want to learn and grow in the field of
business development and fundraising
. Initially, this will be a
commission-based position
for the first
6 months
. After 6 months, based on
performance, commitment, and results
, candidates may be
offered a full-time position with a fixed salary
.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and connect with potential investors, funding agencies, and business partners.
Present company projects, business plans, and investment opportunities clearly.
Help raise funds ethically and transparently for IT & AI products or services.
Maintain regular communication with management and provide weekly progress reports.
Achieve assigned fundraising goals and maintain professionalism in all dealings.
Compensation Structure (First 6 Months)
Commission:
1% on total confirmed funds raised.
Example: If you raise ?1,00,00,000 in investment, you earn ?1,00,000.
After 6 months,
performers may be promoted
to full-time employment with a
fixed monthly salary + incentives
.
Required Qualifications
Minimum age: 18 years.
Basic understanding of business, communication, or finance.
Good written and verbal communication skills in English or regional languages.
Smartphone or laptop with internet connection.
Freshers are welcome.
Preferred Skills
Interest in startups, fundraising, or business growth.
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Eagerness to build a long-term career in business development or investment management.
