Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement a fundraising strategy to support the organization's development and empowerment initiatives.
Identify and research potential funding sources including CSR partners, foundations, philanthropies, government programs, and international donors.
Prepare high-quality grant proposals, concept notes, and sponsorship presentations tailored to donor priorities.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with funding agencies, donors, and institutional partners.
Collaborate with program and communications teams to develop project ideas, budgets, and impact reports.
Plan and execute donor engagement events, fundraising campaigns, and awareness initiatives.
Track donor commitments, ensure timely reporting, and maintain accurate fundraising records in CRM systems.
Monitor trends and opportunities in the development and CSR funding landscape.
Represent the organization at external meetings, donor forums, and industry events.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Development Studies, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
3-5 years of experience
in fundraising, donor relations, or CSR partnership management within the development or nonprofit sector.
Demonstrated success in securing grants and funding from corporate and institutional donors.
Excellent writing, communication, and presentation skills.
Strong understanding of CSR regulations, SDGs, and social impact frameworks.
Ability to work independently, handle multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency with MS Office, CRM tools, and donor management systems.
