We are seeking a motivated and result-oriented

Fund Raiser

to support our organization in generating funds through individual donors, corporate partnerships, and fundraising campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and a passion for building relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential donors and sponsors Communicate the organization's mission, projects, and funding needs clearly Plan and execute fundraising campaigns and events Build and maintain long-term relationships with donors Coordinate with internal teams for fundraising strategies Maintain accurate records of donor interactions and funds raised Follow up on pledges and ensure timely collection of funds

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to persuade and negotiate effectively Goal-oriented and self-motivated Basic knowledge of fundraising or sales is an advantage Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
