We're looking for a professional who can own the entire funding architecture of the company -- from identifying capital sources to structuring, negotiating, and closing transactions that strengthen our financial backbone.
Key Responsibilities
Lead funding and financial structuring across all projects.
Structure debt, NCDs, bridge finance, and hybrid instruments suited for real estate.
Drive end-to-end deal execution -- origination to closure.
Build strong bank, NBFC, and private investor relationships.
Maintain visibility on cash flow, repayment, and cost of funds.
Present clear, lender-grade financials and investment notes for decisions.
What We Expect
Proven experience in fundraising.
Strong grasp of deal structuring, documentation, and risk management.
Ability to operate independently and take financial ownership of projects.
