Job Description

Fundraiser responsibilities:



Planning, organizing and executing fundraising events Connecting with potential donors Visiting the donors in person and explaining about the organization Recording donations, sponsors and other fundraising details Monitoring the success of donation campaigns Generating awareness about the organization Researching potential sponsors and donors

Fundraiser skills and qualifications



Strong written and verbal communication skills Organizational skills and attention to detail Understanding of marketing and sales strategies Interpersonal and presentation skills Knowledge of nonprofits and regulations surrounding donations Creative thinking Networking skills and access to numerous connections.

NOTE:



Salary is based on the amount of fund raised,10% to 20% commission will be given based on the amount of fund raised. Training will be given for selected candidates.
