Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: Indian Women Impact is seeking a passionate, dedicated person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for raising funds and creating awareness for our organization\'s Back to School Project, which aims to uplift underprivileged children and women in Sitaram Nagar Basti, Jaipur. The Fundraiser will work closely with the organization\'s leadership team and volunteers to develop and execute fundraising strategies that align with our mission and goals. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals and objectives.
- Identify and research potential funding sources, including foundations, corporations, and individuals, and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
- Meeting individuals,coperates,commercial and organisations to get donors
- Write and submit grant proposals and fundraising appeals, and track progress against fundraising targets.
- Create and execute innovative online and offline fundraising campaigns and events, including donor appeals, social media campaigns, and fundraising events.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with donors and supporters, and provide regular communication and updates on the impact of their donations.
- Manage donor databases and ensure accuracy and completeness of donor information.
- Work closely with volunteers to coordinate fundraising activities and events, and provide support and training as needed.
- Develop and execute awareness campaigns to promote the organization\'s mission and goals, and raise awareness about the Back to School Project in Sitaram Nagar Basti, Jaipur.
- Attend networking events, conferences, and other opportunities to build relationships and promote the organization\'s work.
- Provide regular reports on fundraising activities and progress towards targets to the organization\'s leadership team.
- Bachelor\'s/ Master\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, Non-profit Management, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in fundraising, marketing, or communications, preferably in the non-profit sector.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write compelling grant proposals, fundraising appeals, and marketing materials.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful fundraising strategies and campaigns, including online and offline approaches.
- Experience with donor databases, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Passion for social impact and a commitment to advancing the rights and opportunities of underprivileged women and children.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with excellent verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
