Job Description

The Fundraiser Executive is responsible for developing, managing, and executing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for the organization. This role involves cultivating relationships with donors, organizing fundraising campaigns and events, and identifying new opportunities for revenue generation. The ideal candidate is goal-driven, persuasive, and skilled at networking and communication.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement fundraising strategies

to meet annual financial targets.

Identify, research, and cultivate prospective donors

, including individuals, corporations, foundations, and community partners.

Maintain and strengthen relationships

with existing donors through regular communication, updates, and engagement activities.

Prepare grant proposals

, sponsorship packages, and fundraising materials.

Organize and coordinate fundraising events

, campaigns, and initiatives both online and offline.

Collaborate with internal teams

(marketing, program staff, leadership) to align fundraising messaging with organizational goals.

Track fundraising performance

, prepare reports, and ensure donor data accuracy in CRM systems.

Represent the organization

at meetings, networking events, and public forums to build visibility and support.

Ensure compliance

with fundraising regulations, ethical standards, and organizational policies.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Education:

Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:

fundraising, CSR engagement or donor relations: 1 year (Preferred)
