Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Fundraiser with proven expertise in fund raising for NGOs and Charitable Organizations. The ideal candidate should have a comprehensive understanding of various fundraising strategies, including Corporate Social Responsibility(CSR),grants, donations and international fundraising. The fundraiser will be responsible for developing and implementing fundraising strategies to secure financial support for our organization's programs and initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and execute Fundraising Strategies: Design and implement comprehensive fundraising strategies to support the organization's mission and objectives. CSR Engagement: Forge partnerships with corporations to leverage CSR initiatives for fundraising purposes. Collaborate with corporate partners to identify opportunities for financial support, sponsorships, and in-kind donations aligned with the Organizations goals.
Financial Management: Oversee the budgeting and financial management of fundraising activities, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and transparent financial reporting. Monitor fundraising performance metrics and evaluate the effectiveness of fundraising strategies.

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor Degree or Masters Degree Good experience in fundraising for NGOs with a focus on CSR,grants and international fundraising Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. familiarity with relevant compliance regulations and legal frameworks governing fundraising activities.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
