Assist in developing and executing fundraising strategies to meet organizational goals. 2. Assisting in reaching out various channels, including angel investors, venture capitalists, private equity firms, and institutional investors. 3. Prepare compelling business plans, and pitch decks to attract potential investors. 4. Conduct thorough market research and competitor analysis to support fundraising efforts. 5. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential investors. 6. Serve as the primary point of contact for investor inquiries and requests. 7. Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, conference calls, and presentations. 8. Prepare regular reports and updates for investors, highlighting key financial and operational milestones. 9. Provide accurate and timely responses to investor queries and concerns. 10. Develop detailed financial models and projections to support fundraising initiatives and strategic decision-making. 11. Create and refine pitch decks and presentations to effectively communicate the organization\'s value proposition, financial performance, and growth potential. 12.Managing corporate communications and PR. Job Requirements : 1. Bachelor\'s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred). 2. Proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, and financial modelling in AgriTech industry is must. 3. Strong understanding of financial concepts, investment strategies, and capital markets. 4. Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and create accurate financial models. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft persuasive pitch decks and deliver impactful presentations. 6.
