Lead end-to-end funding activities including project loans, construction finance, and working capital facilities.
Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, HFCs, and other financial institutions.
Handle complete lender documentation, CP/CS compliance, and ensure timely disbursements.
Coordinate with valuers, legal consultants, auditors, trustees, and insurance partners.
Financial Planning & Analysis
Own project cash flows, feasibility studies, and financial models.
Prepare and present MIS, funding trackers, and financial insights to management.
Support key funding and investment decisions with accurate financial analysis.
Accounting & Compliance
Contribute to accounts management, books finalisation, and statutory compliances.
Oversee taxation matters including direct and indirect taxes.
Lead RERA compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
Stakeholder Coordination
Work closely with internal teams, senior leadership, and external stakeholders to ensure smooth financial operations.
Act as a single point of contact for all funding-related matters.
